Privacy, Return, Refund, Shipping Policies
We know that once you’ve purchased an item, you are excited to receive it. We use Canada Post for our shipping solutions and on average your order should arrive between 5 and 10 business days after checkout.
If the item(s) you purchased don’t arrive by day 10, let us know and we will investigate.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible for Refunds
Item Lost in Shipment – if a purchased item has been lost in shipment, we will investigate and send you a replacement item if your purchased item is untraceable. We can provide tracking numbers, so if your order hasn’t arrive in 10 days, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Received Damaged – if you receive a damaged item and have not used it, we will hold our delivery service responsible and send you a replacement item at no charge. In order to receive a replacement item, we require you to take a photo of the item with the package so we can provide proof of damage to our delivery service. We also require your order confirmation details that you would have received via email so we can confirm eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Received the Wrong Item – if a customer received a wrong item, size, color or style than what they ordered, we will hold our warehouse responsible and replace or refund your order at no charge.
Not Eligible for Refunds
Customer Supplies Wrong (incorrect) Address – if a customer supplies an incorrect or misspelled address, we are not responsible for where that item ends up. Please ensure you enter the right billing and shipping addresses.
Customer Orders Wrong Item – if a customer orders a wrong item by mistake, we are not responsible. Customers are sent a confirmation email upon payment and are responsible for double-checking that the item they ordered is the correct one.
Customer Orders Wrong Size, Color, Style – if a customer orders an item that is the wrong size, color or style, we are not responsible. Customers are sent a confirmation email upon payment and are responsible for double-checking that the item they ordered is the correct one.
Customer Changes their Mind – if a customer changes their mind after the purchase has gone through, there is a very small time period (typically 24hrs) before the purchased item leaves the warehouse. Once the purchased item leaves the warehouse, it is not eligible for a refund.
Damage to Item After Use – if an item is damaged in use, it is not eligible for a refund.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell, share or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
